My drawings are hand-made, original works done in ink on 140lb cold press paper and will be shipped flat without mattes or frames. If you are interested in another medium please send me a message as I also work in acrylic, charcoal pencil, and watercolor.
Photos in the listing are examples of completed drawings and not for sale. Your purchase will be an original, custom piece.
Process to order:
1. Purchase this listing in selected size.
2. Send me a picture of the house or building (feel free to send a couple, I am happy to take parts of different photos to create the image you want)
3. I will send you a sketch to approve before I begin final drawing. If you would like any text on the image (family name, address, etc) please let me know.
4. I will send you an image of the final piece to approve before I ship out.
5. I will ship out to you!
Timeframe:
Once photos are sent to me, I will respond with your sketch within 1-3 days. Once sketch is approved, I will send you a final drawing image within 7-10 days. If you need the final product by a certain date, please feel free to send me a message first to see if I can guarantee a delivery date.
