All icing is hand colored and mixed. A slight difference in colors in the picture and cookies received is possible.
All cookies are individually heat sealed in a clear cello bag to maintain freshness then bubble wrapped to ensure safe shipping. I take great care in preparing and packaging cookies for shipping. However, I am not responsible for how the box is treated after it leaves my facility. if you are concerned about breakage during shipping I recommend ordering a few extra cookies. packages are shipped USPS priority mail.
