Order Cancellation policy: We don’t offer order cancellation after order is placed , if you request to do so , we deduct 15 % of your order total as order cancellation fee.
Damage policy: If you received a damaged product ( during shipping) , you need to inform us within 24 hours. We will send a replacement unit if notified within 24 hours from receiving the package. We WILL NOT replace the product if buyer failed to notify us within 24 hours.
