Pending availability, shirt stones are not guaranteed. If I have them, I will use them. The bling at the bottom of the pant is guaranteed but may differ than whats featured. There's an array of different bling trim types including chunk bling(whats featured), multicolor bling, rhinestone bling, wide trim, thin trim. One or the other may be used based on availability, essentially creating the same look.
Personalization is available upon request. Pants, suspenders and skirts are machine sewn. Long sleeves are optional for a fee. Plz check for availability in the size column. Shirts and/ onesies are heat pressed using high grade vinyl and heat transfer vinyl. Sublimations are available upon request on white shirts only. Sublimations are when the ink is infused into the fabric. It will survive multiple washes. If you prefer, add "sublimation shirt" to your cart as well.
Due to high demand and inventory, specific ribbon for bow may not be available. In that event, a different ribbon will be used ultimately creating the same style of a bow.
Please message for sizes that may not be listed. Any order needed within 10 days are considered rush orders and are subject to rush fees. Turnaround processing is typically 3 to 4 weeks pending volume. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Hand washing and hang drying is recommended for custom sets including socks. Be mindful that this is a custom set, designed for the princess in your life. Check shipping and delivery times for assurance. If needed prior to the shipping allotment listed, message to make arrangements. I am 100% human and am very understanding to life's twist and turns. I will accommodate you as much as I can in the most efficient way possible. Seeing as these sets are customed to fit there are no refunds or exchanges. You may reach out if there are any concerns and we'll make every effort to resolve any issues should they arise. The sets are true to size (100% cotton) so to ensure a great fit it may be wise to size up. We can not and will not be held responsible for any shipping delays imposed by the courier when tracking and on time shipping dates have been provided.
Please use the personalization box for name spelling and age. Shirts/onesies are 100% cotton unless they are sublimated, in that case they are 100% polyester or a blend.
Please indicate any color modification that you prefer inbottoms in the order description. Contact me with any specifications not in listing. Changes may be made up to 24 hours after orders are placed.
If your princess is abnormally small or large please message details for a more perfect fit.
Once tracking and a delivery day has been provided, I am not responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged items caused by the carrier. As per the shop's policy, due to the items being customed, there are no refunds or exchanges. As a small business, unfortunately, I do not have the logistics or resources to accept back personalized items. If by any chances this occurs, reach out to me and I will make every effort to see to it that your due diligence is fulfilled by holding the carrier responsible, as there is insurance on all shipped packages and I will assist where I can to filing claims.
