The lab grown, hand-cut Sapphire nuggets are meticulously wrapped in your choice of precious metal and include backs made of the same metal as the wrapping wire for a beautiful and complete pair of hypoallergenic earrings. The gems measure approximately 8mm (or 3/8”) from point to point, and mimic the shape of a Herkimer Diamond. Listing includes one pair totaling approximately 3 CT TW.
