Hi my name is Sarah Jackson. Thank you for visiting my little Etsy shop! I am a small business with just me (at the moment) and I custom make everything in my shop by hand with love, care and attention to detail - all made to order. I hope you like the items as much as I love making them!
*The Description*
This Gift idea is created with the utmost care and attention to detail and presented in a 25x25cm box frame with wooden scrabble tiles (up to 5/7/9/12 words) in scrabble, with a glass fronted frame (larger options will have a perspex front due to potential for breakages during shipping) )
Larger listings are also available to purchase in my shop.
The Scrabble letters link everyone together, I can also add special personal touches, such as colour/theme, and extra details (subject to availability). And I can add little angel wings for passed members and paw prints for your furry friends.

Upon purchase please add all names/words and details in the personalisation box..any other little requests I will also try my best to accommodate. If there is a design you like please add this to the personalisation notes.
Please note that some details/embelishments may vary slightly from the images depending on stock and availability.
I can send a picture before posting of the finished article, so upon purchase please keep an eye on your mailbox for this. Once a proof has been sent - you will have 2 hours to approve this, so as not to delay dispatch. However at key times like Christmas this may not be possible.
*The Dispatch Time*
Usual turn around is 3-5 working days however if it is more urgent please let me know. At busier times this may be slightly longer.
*Delivery*
I have a standard 24 hour delivery time with basic departure and arrival tracking. But you can upgrade to a fully tracked service in the postage options if you wish.
I have a Speedy Delivery Link (CALLED FAST DISPATCH) which can speed the dispatch up but this will NOT be available at busy times such as Mothers Day, Fathers Day or Christmas. Having said this please do message me first as I may be able to accommodate you.
If purchasing the 10 words and above option please also add LARGER FRAME POSTAGE to your basket as they will be dispatched as a MEDIUM parcel.
