Chest circumference.
Circumference under the bust.
Waist circumference.
Cup height.
Hip circumference.
Hip circumference 15 cm from the waist.
Cup size (for corsets with cups)
Occasionally, additional measurements or photos might be required for tailoring purposes. We'll communicate these needs via private messages.
Delivery
To find out the exact timing of international delivery, write to us or place an order. Below we have provided indicative deadlines.
Please note that the delivery time does not include the time of product manufacture. The production time of the corset is up to 10 working days.
● Delivery across US UPS express 3-6 working days.
● Delivery to Europe: 3-5 working days.
● Delivery to Australia: 6-10 working days.
Return and exchange
Exchange
If the purchased product for some reason did not suit you, we will offer you an alternative to exchange. If it is not available, we will refund it.
Return
To make a refund, simply send us the goods back. Importantly! The product must be in its original form and must not have traces of wear or damage. Must be original tags and packaging.
Return options
24 hours
We will refund 100% of the amount if you make a refund within 24 hours. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
Within 15 days
Return the order no later than 15 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 70% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
Within 30 days
Return the order no later than 30 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 50% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
Importantly! Return of the goods is paid by the Buyer. This means that the Buyer undertakes to pay for the delivery in the process of sending the goods to us for return.
We also reserve the right to refuse to return the product if its condition does not correspond to the one sent to you.
To return, contact us in any convenient way. Just enter the order number and name.
We will process the information, agree on the details and then generate and send a refund for the order.
There is no return for individual orders! If for some reason the individual order does not correspond to the agreed one, a refund of 60% of the cost is possible.
Individual orders
Making changes to the design or size of the finished model is paid separately. Depending on the complexity of finishing, the cost of the product can increase by 30-80%.
