This live orchid terrarium arrangement is MADE-TO-ORDER and comes in a unique glass that can be hung or placed flat as an eye-catching center piece. Your beautiful arrangement arrives pre-arranged (or DIY) with your choice of white, purple or pink orchid. Please be aware we cannot control the height of the orchid and photos may show smaller orchids, this is not always the case on every orchid (based on availability) with reindeer moss (depending on availability). Customize the moss from an assortment of colors to add a personal touch. Not only are they a great oxygen booster, terrariums are easy to care for and also make sweet gifts or wedding/party favors!

*We ship USPS Priority Mail so that your Orchid remains alive during shipping. Please note that shipping times are estimated and NOT guaranteed.
* Please write in the CHECKOUT notes section if you want mixed moss colors. We can mix up to as many moss colors as you want.
*shipping days: we ship Monday- Thursday’s only as if the package sits during the weekend, the orchids may not make it. If you order after Thursday, we will ship out the following Monday if orchids are healthy enough to ship, otherwise we are waiting on the orchid farm to send us the ones suitable to ship. ❤️ Please be patient with us and trust that we are shipping only the healthiest of orchids due to having to ship these. There will be at times delays, but your orchids that we send are going to be healthy and that’s what is most important to us and this business. So we cannot offer refunds once we order your orchids even if some time has passes
*Damaged during shipping: Please take a photo of the orchid terrarium that is damaged. Damaged as in broken glass. We cannot accept if the moss is making the glass to look "messy," it can easily be wiped down with a paper towel. The moss can also be pushed down so if it wiggles its way during transit to the top, just bring it down. This product is a VERY FRAGILE terrarium that we have figured out how to ship with a 99% success rate so please be patient with us as not all orders arrive in the best condition. Our DIY orchid terrarium is also another option so check out that listing as well please.*we are NOT responsible for delayed shipping by USPS/UPS.
And please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS and keep all your original contents, box and the tracking number in order to directly show USPS/UPS to see if they will issue your check for a refund if your terrarium is damaged. We do not have any control on this and the check will be issued directly to you from USPS or UPS.
