***SIZING INFORMATION***
- The Gildan 18000 sweatshirt is a unisex fit that runs true to size.
- For a more looser/oversized fit, most people will size up, and will size down for a more fitted look.
*SUGGESTION: We suggest that you take your favorite sweatshirt at home and flat measure across from armpit to armpit across the chest (not circumference), and top to bottom for length. Compare that measurement to our listed size chart and choose the size that best reflects that measurement and/or your preferred fit.
***Care Instructions***
Our direct-to-garment printing technique requires specific washing care considerations to help preserve your new sweatshirt's print design.
To get the best lifespan:
*Wash your sweatshirt inside-out
*Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with like colors
*Try to limit the time your sweatshirt spends in soapy water
*Do not wring, Do not use bleach, do not dry-clean
*Natural air-drying, inside-out, away from direct sunlight is best. Otherwise low-heat tumble dry if necessary
*Low heat iron turned inside-out. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we try to ensure that the design's color palette you see on screen is as close as possible to the design you will receive, there may be slight color deviations from how they appear in person by comparison. This is mainly due to the brightness and color calibration of your device or monitor, as well as darker and/or poly-mix heather fabrics tend to make the design slightly less opaque and vibrant compared to what is viewed on a digital screen. Please take this into consideration before ordering.
***Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations***
If you have received a product that is incorrect or has a manufacturing and/or print fault we will gladly arrange a free replacement. In order to claim a replacement please reach out to us on Etsy messages and provide a clear flat-lay photo of the defect within 7 business days from the delivery date.
All Ellie J Boutique apparel and accessories are made-to-order specifically for you, and goes into production once your order is placed. I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds due to:
- Wrong sizing or color selection;
- Minor print color deviations or size deviations from the listed photos and size chart measurements (less than 1 inch);
- Incorrect delivery address, or for change-of-mind reasons.
