If you cannot find your favourite photo in our listings, you can request the custom order and suggest your own pictures as a base.
► Step 2: Send us the photo you would like to be painted to "fotokartinashop@gmail.com" directly or in private messages on Etsy. Tell us in message all the requirements and wishes about the painting.

► Step 3: We create a sketch of the picture and send it for your confirmation.
► Step 4: After your approval we will start creating the painting. Processing time usually takes from 7 to 15 business days.
► Step 5: Please check out your shipping information: full name, detailed shipping address, contact telephone number (it is very important).
► Step 6: After all, we ship the painting to you and waiting for your positive review :)

- I gladly accept cancellations, just contact me within 24 hours of purchase
- If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 50% of the item's cost because of production expenses.

Every painting is created individually to order, so I can't accept returns for paintings, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- In the case of any defects of the painting, please contact me in private messages.
- Before shipping a painting we send you a sketch of the picture for approval and making any changes. Be sure to write us your requirements in time, until the painting is ready. After this period the shop is no more responsible for changes.
- The painting is non-returnable, if you simply did not like it.
