This is a Large traditional Aztec Dance Drum known as Huehuetl 34" tall x 15" wide
We make these ourselves, crafted by our accomplished carpenter.
We carve out the border and hand sand it and attach the head to the drum using what we call a rustic nail.
These have an excellent sound.
