Note that holly is a sensitive item. While we do our best to pack this extremely well, the holly may lose berries from handling by the shipper. If you find your holly has extreme loss of berries or leaves please contact the shipper to file a damage claim. We are not responsible for damage to holly.
PLEASE IGNORE PROCESSING TIMES ON FRESH GREENERY. Your order will ship according to your shosen ship week. Ship week does not include transit time. Depending on your location it can take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive to your location. (AK and HI may take approximately 6-8 business days.)
Please place pre-orders separate from items that you would like shipped immediately. Any florals ordered with pre-ordered greenery will ship the week selected for your fresh greenery. Any order placed with multiple ship dates chosen will be shipped one one of those dates at shop's preference.
No returns on fresh greenery including wreaths.
Due to the increase in shipping rates I am forced to add a 15% long distance fee for shipping dried flowers to HI and AK. Fresh greenery, wreaths, and other large items will be charges a 25% long distance shipping fee. Please contact me before placing your order so we can set up the additional fee.
