Production Time: Since all rings are handmade according to orders, it takes about 13-15 working days (excluding weekends) to make, and 3-5 working days to arrive, thank you for your understanding.
Expedited Order: We provide expedited order service, it takes about 7-10 working days (excluding weekends) to complete the ring, and 3-5 working days to arrive, if you are in a hurry to get the ring, please contact me.
Return Policy: We provide 30 days return and exchange service.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the purchase.
For returns, packages must be shipped within 7 days of receipt and provided with a tracking number.
All items are required personal sizing and metal for you, I am not able to issue full refunds.
If you return the product for personal reasons (no quality issues with the product)
Silver Ring: A handwork fee of 30% of the order total will be deducted.
Gold Ring: A handwork fee of 35% of the order total will be deducted.
For custom orders:
Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, Including engraved items and Plus size rings (Over 9.5US or Less than 3.5US)
Since the product is custom made for you, we are unable to return it for a refund.
Shipping: The item comes with a ring box, usually shipped by DHL or USPS, if you have any requirements for shipping, please let me know.
Engraving: Yes, we can engrave for you (up to 20 letters). But since the engraved ring is customized for you, it can't be returned and refunded, thank you for your understanding.
Custom Order: We are happy to make custom rings for you, we will create a new list for you after all orders are confirmed, and after receiving the order, we will make a 3D rendering for your confirmation before making the actual ring. But custom rings are made only for you, no returns are accepted, if there is any quality problem within 30 days, we will fix it for you.
►Maintenance method: Please do not contact it with chemicals and sharp objects, and try to take it off when taking a bath or swimming!
