About a 1/2 teaspoon of ashes should be placed in a sealed container for mailing - shipping information will be forwarded upon check out. (Double bagged zip locks or an old pill bottle will work well for transport.) Any ashes that are not placed in the setting will be returned with completed necklace.
Each jewel is custom made with love and care within approximately 30 days of ash receipt. These tributes are made with jewelry grade resin and precautions are taken to prevent any inclusions. Because each piece is so incredibly unique, all custom orders are final and non returnable but I'm happy to discuss any concerns.
