🔸 GLUE

The wigs do not come with glue however if you prefer the wig to be extra extra secure I fully recommend Got2Be glue. 

ATTENTION: always check if you are allergic to the glue by conducting a skin test 24 hours prior. We do not sell Got2Be glue however this is easily found on Amazon or eBay. 

🔸 DYING THE HAIR

Do not dye the hair, it is not advised. 

🔸 WASHING YOUR WIG

You can use normal shampoo and conditioner, there’s no need for anything fancy.

Wash in warm water, gently wash your wig in gentle strokes, do not rub or scrub as this will tangle the hair. 

Brush with a special hair extension paddle brush, pat down with a towel, shake and hang up to air dry over night.

• We will accept returns if the wig is not as described or as shown in picture. 

• If the wig is worn, damaged, if the lace is cut in any way we will not accept returns

• The cost of returning the item is the customers responsibility.

All our wigs are sent via tracked delivery with Royal Mail, you will be able to track your item/s and we will be notified once the item has been delivered to you.

🔸 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail and USPS

🔸 If wigs get stopped at customs it is not our responsibility, please contact your local USPS for information. Parcels rarely get held up in customs but in the event that they do it can take anywhere between 2-30 days depending on your countries customs. 

please note: all our wigs are synthetic, you cannot dye them, it is advised not to use heat on them. Wash with Luke warm water.
