Our tumblers are laser engraved, which creates a permanent design by removing the powder coating of the cup in various areas to create the design of choice. This process will last the life of your cup. The engraving will not rub, peel off or fade on your tumbler like stickers, decals, paint and sublimation.
Stainless Steel tumbler engraving is not all created equal. Look for the engraved graphics to be shiny steel and not a dull gray color as seen created on many hobby lasers or inexperienced users. Proper professional engraving should fully remove the powder coating and reveal the shiny stainless steel. These products are expensive, so getting a lasting professional result is important! We have been in business since 2007 and run an industrial size professional laser in the shop.

>> CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To keep stainless steel products looking their best, we recommend hand washing using a mild soap and water solution or a non-abrasive cleaning agent. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges or pads, or anything that could scratch or damage the surface of your product.
Take the tumbler apart and clean all parts, including inside the straw, lid and silicone pieces on a regular basis.
After washing, dry your stainless steel product thoroughly to prevent water spots or stains that could mark permanently on the metal if left untreated.

We do not accept returns for our made-to-order products.
If there are any issues with your purchase, we require that you reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery. The product must be in new and unused condition.
For shipping damage claims we will need full details of the damage along with photos of the product and the box as delivered. Do not discard the box, the shipping company may request to inspect the box to process an insurance claim. Your cooperation with the shipping company is required for them to process the claim. Without cooperation, the claim may be denied. We are not responsible for denied insurance claims.
