⚾To access your files:
ETSY ACCOUNT HOLDERS:
1) Sign in to the Etsy website through your mobile web browser or computer to download the files. You will not see a download option through the Etsy app since the app does not allow for downloading files at this time.
2) Go to “Purchases and Reviews” on the Etsy menu (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases).
3) On the Purchases and Reviews page, there is a download button next to the listing that you purchased.
GUEST ACCOUNT: If you purchased through a guest account, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
The email will come directly from Etsy. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check all email folders in case your inbox is not yet familiar with Etsy. Purchases made with Paypal may take a few minutes to process.
