These files are extensively tested on my Ender 3 printer. While the settings depend on the printer model and filament used, here are the settings I use, for reference (in PrusaSlicer):
Nozzle: 0.2-0.4mm
Layer Height: 0.1 mm or less
Infill: 15-25%
Seam position - random
Perimeter generator - Arachne
Support: not required
Vertical shell perimeters - 1 (minimum)
Strong adhesion is needed to prevent separating, or/and use brims
Filament: PLA
