A handmade and wheel thrown jar or canister, perfect for storing flour, sugar, tea, or anything. Also works great as a bedside water bottle plus cup.
Inspired by a friend's vintage thermos collection. Thrown on a pottery wheel, it was bisque fired, then I applied a plaid pattern with white and blue slip, then clear glaze after firing. The black and white/gray version is black slip, then after bisque firing I added wax resist with a stencil and glaze with white.
