If you provide us with a misspelling of your child's name, it is your fault. We do not accept refunds or cancellations on completed custom orders.
If the name you provided is correct and we misspelled it during the design and production process, it is our fault and we will immediately rearrange the production order for you. If it is too late to redo, we will refund you immediately.
