Instructions--Please read carefully:
These keychains are completely handmade, therefore I can fully customize them to your liking (please only choose a character that I have shown in the second image). I cannot guarantee these are waterproof or scratchproof. Do try to keep them out of direct sunlight to prolong their color and strength. The artwork is sealed inside the keychain, so you may see the transparent glue. Please allow a few days for me to make your order so the glue can cure.
★ Keychains are 2" by 3" with a silver keyring, and can have UP TO three star beads (hot pink, light pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple). The redball/yellow ball is optional, and if you'd like it, please write so.
**Star charms and red/yellow balls are handmade. I can't promise they'll last forever.
★ Stickers are the same size (~1.75" x 2.75"), glossy but NOT holographic. They are water resistant.
★ Color may differ from screen to product.
★ Here's how to order:
In the personalization box, or 'note to seller', choose your characters. Write holo if you want the character to be holographic! You can also request specific colors for the star beads if you want them, otherwise they will be random (up to 3 per keychain). If you want the redball or coolio toolio/yellow ball charm (one per keychain), please say so! It will NOT be added by default! This is because I make each one by hand and don't have many. There is no extra charge to customize! This product is simply because I wanted to add a fun aspect to keychains, and to combat the extra cost it would be to have each one manufactured with the current state of America. An order without customization will only have the characters you choose with random colored star beads, no redball, no yellow ball, and no holographic.
* PLEASE specify what you want on each side for your keychain! You have plenty of room to write this! If you order more than one keychain, please make it obvious which characters are on which keychain. If at all I have an issue or the note/personalization doesn't show up, I'll reach out to you. :)
*Please also make sure to double check you correctly selected a keychain or sticker.

➫ POLICIES & SHIPPING:
*Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not shipped. I will usually ship orders Mondays and Fridays, meaning they are packed on Sundays and Thursdays. I am on PST/PDT time zone.
*All sticker-only orders will be shipped in a paper envelope (but still weather resistant) and have Etsy tracking, due to their shipping rules.
*If you add a gift note in your order it will be written by hand and included in the package! All orders have a hand-written receipt with no prices shown.
*Please triple check your address before submitting your order! If the address is wrong and gets bounced back to me or gets lost, it will not be eligible for a full return. However, if the address is unverified, invalid, or has missing parts, I will reach out to you. If I don’t get a response after a day or two, I will cancel the order.
**If your order gets lost in transit, let me know! I can file a lost mail claim if it has not moved in 15 days. Please note, if the tracking info says delivered, I cannot offer a refund. If this happens, check with your neighbors, wait a day or two (it could be delayed), or file a missing mail form with your local post office (or on the USPS website). The only thing I can do if file it as lost if the package doesn’t move, I cannot help if it was delivered. Please use the "help request" option on order issues when reaching out, as it provides me with all the info I need.
**All orders within the US under a total of $100 are covered by USPS insurance. If your package gets lost, stolen or damaged in transit, I will work with you to get it refunded. If it is over a total of $100, I will apply Shipsurance insurance to your order on my behalf. If you are outside the US, I automatically apply the insurance no matter the amount of your order.
