Revitalize your boring Stanley tumbler with our Engraving Services! Say goodbye to plain old tumblers and hello to a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. We know you're buzzing with excitement, and we are too! But before hitting that purchase button, let us fill you in on the details.
Here's how it works:
1. Choose the type of Stanley you are sending in (Traditional Stainless Steel Top or a Colored top such as a Black Chroma, Chocolate Gold, Copper Magnolia, etc). Next Choose your design or message us for other approved options. Please note we do not create custom designs for Customer Supplied Tumblers. In the "Personalization" Field, be sure to provide the Style and Color Stanley you are sending in. And if there's any damage on the cup, be sure to report it before purchasing as it may affect the engraving process and final result. (Please not Stanley Soft Matte Tumblers are not accepted)

2. Clean your tumbler and remove the straw. Once you've made your purchase, we'll send you our address.
3. Within 2 days of purchasing, carefully package your (don't forget to include you order number inside the tumbler) with bubble wrap, and ship in a sturdy box. Note that we're not responsible for any damage during shipping to us.
4. Once you ship your tumbler please forward us the tracking number so that we both keep an eye on it's journey.
5. Once we receive your tumbler, we'll inspect it for any damages or scuffs and let you know if we find any.
6. Your tumbler will then join our queue for engraving. Our turnaround time is typically 3 business days from the following day we receive it.
7. When the engraving is done, we'll carefully package and ship it back to you. The return shipping is on us, and we'll provide you with a tracking number.
Just a heads up, while we strive for perfection, there's always a very small chance of equipment malfunction during the engraving process. In that case, we can't replace the tumbler as we didn't initially purchase it. But we'll do our best to fix any issues and provide you with a stunning, personalized tumbler. Also, there may be minor flaws on the metal beneath the powder coat that are only revealed during the engraving process. These are beyond our control, but rest assured, they are usually very minor.
