At its current size the helmet is modeled to fit an average sized adult male head that has a circumference of about 22" around the forehead and temples. Make sure to scale the helmet up and down appropriately for your head size.
WARNING: The bottom of the helmets sides is more narrow than the inside so use this part of the model as a reference when scaling up or down to your size. an otherwise "perfect" fit may prove to be very hard to put on and remove if you don't base your scaling off of this part of the model.
