Our Standard Personalized Stethoscope ID Wrap. Typical customization shows the name on the upper line and title/credentials on the lower line. Unique and personal variations to customization will gladly be accommodated. Customization includes the hand stamping of letters, numbers and specialized designs on a 1/4 in, 14 gauge, hypo-allergenic, polished aluminum stamping blank. For an additional $3, we offer a special selection of charms to add to the ID tag. Photos of available charms are attached to this Listing. When adding a charm, chose "ADD A CHARM" from the pick list and follow the directions below.
Please note, this is a hand crafted, hand stamped item. Variations in depth and alignment can occur during the crafting and stamping of the ID tag. We like to consider this "our unique touch" for each item we make. Installation guide is provided with shipment.
Each line can accommodate approximately 12 letters/characters.

- Choose the quantity desired and your Font/Lettering Style from the Pick Lists.
- 1 Charm Limit for this Listing. In-Bedded Birthstone Crystals are considered a charm. Moonson Designs offers a wide variety of charms. Our charms are divided into four categories; Medical, Assorted,Animal and Gold/Bronze/Enamel. The Gold/Bronze/Enamel charms are best chosen for the Brass or Copper Stethoscope ID Tags but can be placed on any Stethoscope ID Tag. - Choose your desired Custom Stamp(s). For this Listing, refer to the Custom Stamps picture.
- Decide your color choice. For the stamping, the DEFAULT COLOR IS BLACK and the order will be crafted with black unless otherwise noted. For this Listing, refer to the Color Palette picture to choose another color. Colors are inter-changeable per line and per each custom stamp choice. Please ensure you are specific, as described below when identifying your color choices.
