***Customers are responsible for adding the CORRECT address to their order. This cannot be changed once an item is sent to production. If an order is sent back to us for failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
*** All items are made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept return or exchange. If there is a defect with your order it must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date for us to send a replacement/refund.
