HOW TO ORDER:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
.Machine wash inside out at low temperature on the delicate program.
.Dry on a low heat setting.
.Do not bleach.
.Do not dry clean.
.Do not iron directly on the design.
PRODUCTION TIME
Each product is custom-made for you and typically takes 1-2 days to produce, though this may vary during peak seasons.
SHIPPING TIME
After production, products are shipped via standard cargo within 3-5 days. Faster shipping options are available for an additional fee.
RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or with a quality issue, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
