Because all of our paintings are handmade and usually customized, your artwork may undergo minor or subtle changes. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you ordered. It will be almost the same, but not exactly the same. What I can guarantee is the quality of our painting, as you expected, it will be a beautiful one.
Regarding shipping and postage.
All mailed paintings have transportation insurance, so any damage caused to the paintings during transportation will be compensated by the shipping company. All you need to do is contact us, take photos of the damage and send them to me via email, and I will handle the rest.

Regarding frames and stretching.
Rolled canvas will be transported in high-quality plastic/cardboard tubes to avoid damage and is 100% safe. Once stretched on a wooden base, the painting will return to its original/flat state. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch it at any local photo framing store, depending on your taste. It's bidirectional.
The frame paint will be shipped after the frame. There are frames available in gold, silver, black, white, and wooden colors to choose from. Please leave a message to learn about the frame colors when placing an order.
