• If the weather is hotter than 90°F, we suggest you pick faster shipping so your plant stays happy!
• If it’s colder than 50°F, please add a heat pack to your order to keep your plant warm, The link on the top of this description.
Note: Shipping costs are not refunded. If you return something, the return shipping will be taken out of the refund.

Each plant is a little different—just like people! 🌼
It might be a little bigger or smaller, fuller or thinner, or the color might be a little different than the photo. But don’t worry—we always try our best to send you a plant that looks just like the picture!
📬 Shipping Info:
We wrap each plant carefully so it doesn’t break during shipping. Sometimes the soil might move a bit, but that’s okay.
You can pick Standard Shipping (a bit slower) or USPS Priority Mail (a little faster). But please remember—sometimes shipping takes longer or packages get bumped, and we can’t control that. We’re not responsible if the plant is late or gets hurt along the way📘 Important:

• After the plant leaves our hands, it’s up to you to take care of it. 😊

If there’s a problem, send us a message with photos within 48 hours. Make sure the plant is still in its original grow pot. Note: If your plant was shipped bare root, simply take photos and send them to us.
