It is covered with diamond wrap sheets on all sides,around the top edge and the opening is accented as well. The diamond wrap circles resemble rhinestones. The base is made out of wood and it is handpainted on the inside and outside with non toxic acrylic paint. Measures 5" x 5" x 5.8". It has an open bottom to fit right over any standard square tissue box. The tissues are easy to replace by just pulling the tissue box out from the bottom, when changing it out.
