Process:

After you have placed your order you will receive confirmation of your order receipt from Etsy with a link to an order request form containing a questionnaire. Please fill out each section with as much detail as possible so that I may understand your specific vision for your logo. Alternatively you can message me directly after placing your order and I will send this securely through the platform.
(IMPORTANT: Please try and add your Etsy order number on the form and check that it is correct - this just helps me to link up your form with the order you placed on Etsy )
If after completing the order request form you have any further questions or clarifications required please feel free to message me via the Etsy app and I will help you out before we proceed to the design stage.
Once all details are checked and the design brief is on my system I will begin work on producing the logo and other assets (depending on package selected) and the initial proofs will be sent back to you within the next 24 business hours through the Etsy messaging app. I will collaborate with you on any revisions that you may need in order to get your logo to the perfect stage ready for your sign-off (don't just take my word for it, feel free to check out all of my wonderful customers who have left amazing reviews ;)
Once you are 100% happy with the final designs I will send you a WeTransfer link to download all the files, either through the messenger app or via email whichever you prefer.

Revisions (Each)

- Any revisions can take a further 24-72 working hours due to the nature of revisiting previous design work and the inflow of new customer orders. However I will endeavour to turn these around for you as fast as possible.
- Revisions are included in the price, hence are unlimited. I’m happy when you are happy; and happy customers leave nice reviews :)

No physical product will be shipped to you. This is a digital product only.
My shop will take orders 24/7 however most physical design work takes place Monday - Friday (although I'm often working Sat - Sun too as I love what I do!). There may be a slight delay in responding to messages during the weekend - please bear with me - I am human ;)

Please be aware that only the logo design is customizable within this service. While the logo will be tailored to your specific needs, other brand kit features (such as stationery, social media templates, etc.) are provided as pre-designed templates and are not personalized as part of this package. Refund Note

In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 I offer a 14 days refund period for all orders taken. If as a result of submitting an order request form with specific instructions on how to proceed with the design brief, and work has subsequently started, then I will deem this as your consent to the service being provided before the end of the 14 day cancellation period and you may lose your right to cancel.
