TECHNICAL:
- Flask Temp: Dependent on parts, a starting point could be 1150°F for 2 Dwt rings with detail and 1080°F for heavy gents rings.
- Quench Time: 15-20 minutes after casting.
- Pickling: Place sterling in for a few minutes until the copper oxide is removed.
- Re-usability: A 50% fresh and 50% recycle ratio is recommended. Regraining is the preferred production procedure
