Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed for optimal freshness. They are then carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and gently packed with lots of cushioning to protect them. I ONLY SHIP UPS. Over the past few years I have learned they are more careful and reliable than other services. However, I cannot control how UPS will handle your package once it leaves my home and therefore I cannot guarantee they will arrive unbroken. For this reason I cannot offer refunds. I can guarantee they will still taste amazing. Most often I will add a few extra cookies to compensate for any broken ones.
