Directions and recommendations:
1. Best used on soft dirt-covered coins; these pencils should be used in small circular motions. Begin gently and then figure what amount of pressure is appropriate.
2. Can be used in conjunction with liquid cleaners like Pararestor, Monetor, Clean Bill or Mint State Restoration cleaner. These cleaners will help soften any tough crust or concretions while the pencil gently removes it.
3. These pencils allow you to clean without damage or removing the patina.
