This print is an original lino cut print, created with meticulous care from start to finish, and carries my signature as a mark of authenticity.
As a professional illustrator/artist working in the South of England, the surrounding flora and fauna are the inspirations for my designs.
Lino printing is a long established’ relief print’ method. After drawing my design onto a piece of lino. I carefully cut out the design using traditional tools.
Each print is then printed by hand from these 2 original blocks using my printing press to create a unique piece of art.
There will be minor variations between each print , such is the nature of lino printing.
