All Blue Wyvern designs are either created or carefully curated and hand-refined by Maria and Ruben. When you order one of our cases, you're supporting our small business, and we're incredibly grateful. If you have any questions during the ordering process, please don't hesitate to contact us! We promise you'll be happy with your order, or we'll do our best to make it right.
ABOUT THE CASE:
• Materials: 2 layers - polycarbonate (shell), TPU silicone (lining)
• Glossy or matte (satin) finish - both are completely opaque (not transparent)
• Outer poly shell resists daily impacts from most angles
• Will NOT provide drop-down protection (no screen protector so you'll need to buy one if this is a concern for you)

• This case offers MagSafe® options for iPhone 14, 15, and 16.
• MagSafe versions of this design feature a low-profile embossed magnetic charging ring that is fully compatible with genuine MagSafe accessories and ensures precise alignment for optimal charging.
• Our non-MagSafe cases can support wireless charging but do not offer total MagSafe compatibility; please see the note about charging compatibility below.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Add a drop of dish soap if needed. Avoid using any other chemicals.
CHARGING COMPATIBILITY:
• All of our cases are compatible with most non-magnetic (non-MagSafe) wireless charging pads.
• Our MagSafe cases have built-in magnets and fully support wireless charging via Apple MagSafe chargers.
• Our non-MagSafe cases do not have magnets built into them, so while they may charge with Apple MagSafe chargers, they do so with reduced charging speed and will NOT maintain a tight grip. Also, as there's no good way for us to verify that the non-MagSafe cases are compatible with all other third-party wireless chargers and/or MagSafe accessories, please purchase a MagSafe case if full MagSafe compatibility is important to you.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS:
• Changes & cancellations: Notify us immediately if you need changes or cancellations. Quick communication increases the chances of accommodating requests. There is a 24-hour window for you to request changes to your order after we initially receive it. After 24 hours, your order will be sent to our print partners, and we are unable to make any changes after that point.
• Since we offer an initial 24-hour grace period as a courtesy to our customers, we do reserve the right to deny refunds for all mistaken orders that are not corrected during the provided grace period. Please double-check the details of your order after placing it. After 24 hours, it's locked in, so please order carefully!
PRINTING:
• All cases are made to order.
• Our printing uses a dye sublimation process to print images directly on the case's surface, and provides UV protection with excellent resistance to outdoor weathering.
• Since the design is not a sticker, a decal, or paint, it cannot be easily removed or peeled off of the case.
• Any textures or effects are part of the design itself and are printed on the case, so there are no embossed, holographic, glittery, or opalescent elements in our designs, and no botanical or naturally textured materials such as wood, flowers, other plants, fabric, leather, glass, or stone.
• We do not offer refunds for items that are "different than expected," so please read the listing description carefully and be sure to scroll through all of the listing photos to understand what you are buying before you make your purchase.
COLORS & DESIGN PLACEMENT:
• We try to display our items as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that screen settings and color calibrations can vary from device to device. These settings may display colors slightly differently than they may appear in real life, so we recommend that you browse through all of the listing photos that we provide (not just the main photo), as well as any customer uploaded review photos.
• Please note that the color cast on some of our MagSafe cases may vary slightly compared to our non-MagSafe cases, as we use different print partners for the two styles.
• Each device has different dimensions and camera sizes. As a result, exact design placement is always subject to slight variations, and your case may not look exactly like our listing photos. Additionally, some of our MagSafe cases may vary slightly in appearance compared to our non-MagSafe cases. That being said, all of our designs are prepared with these variations in mind, and we try our best to keep the important elements of the design from being blocked.
• Lastly, we place the minimized "BW" version of our Blue Wyvern logo discreetly near the edge of every case (exact placement varies depending on each design). It's just another way that incredible customers like you help us get the word out about our brand. As such, the logo should be considered an integral part of our designs and isn't removable. Thank you so much for understanding.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:
• Initial order: After we receive your order and verify it, we send it to our hand-picked printing partners, who print the final design and ship it out to you.
• Production: Our printing partners take 1-8 business days (typically 2-4 days, but fluctuations can occur) to print each case.
• Shipping origin: For domestic orders (within the U.S.), we ship from our print providers, who are located in Herkimer, New York and Brookfield, Wisconsin. For international orders, our print providers may also ship from locations in Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, and South Korea.
• Standard shipping (U.S.): 2-5 days (usually 3 days) once production is complete
• Standard shipping (International): 2-4 weeks once production is complete
• Specific delivery dates: The shipping timelines listed above represent the typical shipping window, but we CANNOT guarantee specific delivery dates, as once we send your order to our printing partners, it's out of our hands and there are many factors that may affect the final shipping and delivery timeline. Thank you for understanding!
• Please check the address on your Etsy profile before making a purchase. We'll ship the package to the address provided by Etsy, unless a different address is requested through conversation.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
TAXES:
• Please take into consideration that taxes may be added to the total price.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:
• Our store is listed as accepting returns and exchanges, but as every phone case is made to order, we cannot restock returned cases, so please do not send us your case. We are happy to work with you, however, to grant a refund or provide store credit, depending on the various situations listed below, so please read carefully.
• Customer ordered wrong size: It is your responsibility to double-check the model of your phone before placing your order, so that the case you receive is sized correctly for your phone. We offer a 24-hour grace period after you initially place your order, during which you can contact us to make changes. After this 24-hour period, the order is locked in and we have already paid our printing partners to produce your case. If there are extenuating circumstances related to your order, please message us, as there is a chance we may still be able to help. Just please keep in mind that we are required to cover our own production and shipping costs in order to stay in business. Thank you for understanding!
• Issues with order: If you encounter problems such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 3 weeks from the date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence.
• Lost orders: Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days (35 for international), we'll replace it for free.
• Incorrect address: If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient address provided by the buyer, you are responsible for the reshipment fee. There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note: Full refunds won't be given for incorrect addresses; only partial refunds may be available.
• "Different than expected": All of the textures in our designs are part of the printed graphics, as we do not use textured materials such as wood, flowers, fabric, or stone in our designs. This is clearly stated in every listing where this might be an issue. Therefore, we DO NOT offer refunds for items that are "different than expected." Please read the listing description carefully and be sure to scroll through all of the listing photos to understand what you are buying before you make your purchase.
• Faulty orders: If a mistake with your order is on our side, we'll bear all costs.
• We may offer refunds for the price of the case, once we receive photo proof of any defect, or a copy of the receipt from the post with the tracking number and confirmation that your item did not arrive. Please be aware that we reserve the right to deny a refund, but we will do our best in good faith to make sure you are taken care of if your request is reasonable and/or an honest mistake was made.
• Refunds may take up to 5 business days.
DELIVERY ISSUES:
• Marked as delivered: If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found, it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service. We'll assist from our side, but replacement costs may not be covered.
