Step 1: Choose a size* (in width) from the first menu.
Step 2: Choose a color from the next menu.
Step 3: Choose quantity
Step 4: In personalization box please type monogram number choice followed by the letters you want in first, last, middle name order. Example: A3, ACP
Step 5: Click add to cart. (To order multiple variations, Repeat steps 1-5).
*If no color is chosen, I will try to contact you or default to white or black.
* Up to 3 proofs are only provided upon request before you place an order.
* Please measure your area you wish to place your decal before selecting a size. The decal is measured by width (left to right). The height of the decal will vary depending on the width and font.
* If you place an order with missing information, we will email you to let you know. We will try our best to reach you through Etsy, however if we are not successful by day 3 of you placing your order, it will be canceled or refunded.
