Enter the letter of the type of absence (chart at bottom of sheet) on the calendar and it will automatically calculate for you.
V = Vacation
H = Holiday (Bank Holiday - Public)
S = Sick
M = Maternity
C = Casual
O = Other
You can change the Holiday Year at the top - Jan to Dec - as not all companies calculate to this.
