EASY AS 1,2,3:
1. Select the color of your RetroViewer(s) and place your order on Etsy.
2. Within 3 business days, we will Etsy message you a redemption code for each custom reel you purchased. We will also mail your RetroViewer(s) to you. You will receive the viewer before the reel.
3. Follow instructions in the message to build your custom reel on our website.
And that's it! We will make and ship your custom reel to you within 5 business days (up to 7 business days prior to holidays.)

The deadline to receive your completed reel by Valentine's Day has passed.
Why haven't I heard back from you / received my code yet? We are a small company and only work during business hours Pacific time. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to send the code.
Where do I send my pictures? Please wait until we send you the code and the instructions! You will go to our website www.retroviewer.com to build your own reel.
How many pictures are on a reel? 7 photos plus an image in the center of the reel.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
The RetroViewer ships for free via USPS first-class mail. Handling time for the RetroViewer is 1-3 business days, while the reel takes 5 business days to process from the time you build it and check out on our website. The reel shipping included with an Etsy order is USPS stamped mail (5-18 days, no tracking). International shipping is not included. You are able to upgrade your reel shipping at checkout on our website; additional charges will apply.
