This is a plug-in only product with one or two downstrands for small decorating projects. I use this product often around my house as decor or lighting. I like using ceiling hooks to hang the strands in corners. In a couple of places I have taken a 10-ft wire and folded it once to make an extra thick bundle of lights.
If you get the two wire set, there is a 9-ft wire separating the 2 downstrands.
