Fully custom, vinyl labels are printed at a high quality 1200dpi to keep these designs sharp and long lasting. Our custom manufactured 12" tubes are professionally labelled and ready to unbox and display upon receiving. No watering needed - just keep the trees cool prior to your event.
Each tree contains easy to follow directions accessed by QR code on the base of each tree to teach the recipient how to plant their tree regardless of season. These gift trees can be given year round and planted indoors until it's seasonally appropriate to plant. Unlike many other sources, guests can carry them on when they fly home. No mess, no fuss for your guests - just grab and go!
The type of seeding varies by geography - largely evergreen, pine or redwood varieties are used based on what will grow best in your area. PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard processing time is minimum 3 weeks, 4 to 5 weeks time preferred; subject to change, monitor lead time on Etsy for changes. We ship the week of the event to ensure it arrives in its freshest condition a few days prior to the event. Detail any specific need by date for travel. Purchases made in advance are welcome and anything 4 months or further out should be emailed to info@dearlybeeloved.com to schedule for the upcoming year.

PROOFS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Proofs will be provided ahead of custom designs for more intricate designs (cutting boards, door mats, event favors, etc). Listings that are more straight forward such as tumblers, mugs, candles or stones will not generate a proof unless requested by the buyer at checkout. Truly custom design requests will always generate proofs, multiple edits are available until we get it just as you envisioned it!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are at fault for an error. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund items on a case by case basis. Don’t hesitate to contact us!
CORPORATE & BULK ORDERS WELCOME
We welcome corporate orders and love incorporating logos to our designs, helping business with gifting that is on brand for the firm. This includes realtor closing gifts, photographer client gifts, holiday gifts, etc. We do NOT sell wholesale. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
It is very difficult to change your address after your order is placed, we will try are very best, but are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Etsy account.
PROVIDING ALL DETAILS:
All processing times are based on you providing all the details needing to complete your order. Orders will be delayed up to 10 days or until you provide all missing details. After 10 days we will cancel your order if we have not received a response from you. If you are not an avid Etsy user and rather we communicate by email please provide email at checkout in Sellers Notes and ask we use that for proofs, missing info, etc.
