- custom orders are done in my style, as pictured on other pieces. any references will be used to help create pieces- but will not be exact replicas. hand painted pieces are one-of-a-kind with brushstrokes + slight imperfections- this is what makes them special.
- due to their one-of-a-kind nature, custom ceramic orders are non-refundable.
- i am available via message for consultations- and i love to hear about the tiny details that will make your piece the most special. please include detailed photos with good lighting for the best results with personalized pieces. i will send you one progress photo before we seal the piece to confirm any minor changes needed. (spelling mistakes, incorrect information, etc.) any major changes of style or design may result in additional fees.
- depending on the time of year, custom orders are typically painted + shipped within 10-15 days after ordering. if you need an expedited order, please message me.

- one, solid color: each plate is painted using solid blue (as pictured), but if you have a color request please note it in your personalization message.
- multi-color: plate will be multi-colored based on the image provided.
