These Wood signs are made to order with your finishing options. No two signs I make are identical.
Due to the nature of wood, knots and wood grains will vary from Sign to Sign. These are meant to look rustic and may have varying imperfections. Natural wood imperfections may have minor cracks, dents, knots and some discoloring.
These add uniqueness and characteristics of hand crafted items and these pieces cannot be returned.
Colors may appear darker or lighter on your computer/Phone screen depending on your computer/phone settings. Graphic size and colors will vary according to the wood board. These variations may vary slightly from the pictures. Since each item is handmade, the exact position and placement may vary slightly.
Due to the handmade nature of my products, no cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

This is not a product drop off or meet up, this is a pick up.
Please use correct shipping address. If item is returned to me, customer must pay for shipping again.
We do not guarantee delivery dates due to holiday seasons, storms, or any act of mother nature beyond our control.
USPS recycles tracking numbers. If your tracking number shows your order has been delivered several months ago, please wait 24 to 48 hours and check the tracking for updates once it’s in the postal system. Unfortunately, this is a problem with the USPS and we cannot control it or provide any further information.
Returns are not accepted due to shipping delays caused by postal services. We apologize in advance but no claims accepted on holiday items after the holiday season has passed.

I am not responsible for orders once they have shipped. Please contact your local postal carrier if you have not received your order. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report. I apologize in advance, but no replacement orders will be sent.
Please contact me within three days of delivery if your package is damaged with photos of your product and packaging. If you have chosen USPS priority, your order may be partially refunded. If you did not choose priority, I will do my best to assist any damages and remedy the situation without a refund.
