DIFFICULTY
Beginner
This pattern requires careful sewing around straps. You'll learn how to add adjustable rings and sliders to a garment. Apart from that there is no zipper to worry about for this one, you'll have it finished in just a few hours time. If you have a basic sewing experience this pattern will be achievable for you. Always remember to take your time and make a mock up in a cheaper fabric before you begin on the final project. This will allow you to make any alterations before you begin ensuring perfect fit.
FABRIC REQUIREMENTS
- 1m (1.09 yards) main fabric. Cottons, silks and non/low stretch fabrics are suitable for this style
- 80cm (0.87 yards) a different colour lining fabric
- 35cm (0.38yards) optional woven fusing if you are using a lightweight main fabric
OTHER TOOLS REQUIRED
- 2x 1cm (0.4”) rings and sliders. Metal or plastic.
