(1) piece, 1 3/8" x 36 3/4" in 16 gauge (.050") brass each with four, 5/32", counter sunk holes, finished edges & (4) #6, slotted brass screws
One hole on each end 7/8" from the end and the other two evenly spaced between them.

Finished blanks-after shearing to size, we will punch the holes, counter sink the holes and then work the edges to smooth out sharp sheared edges.
These will arrive with peel off, protective film on both sides to protect them during fabrication, shipping & storage at your shop
Attachment with (2) #6 brass screws through 5/32" countersunk holes for clearance are recommended-along with an appropriate adhesive. Rough up the matching surfaces to be glued, clean them well and then apply the adhesive. A non hardening, caulking type adhesive will provide some cushion for the metal piece when things hit it.
