Contact shop within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Returned items must be approved by the shop owner. Once the item is returned, a full refund will be issued. Please note that the cost of the returned shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not refund or replace any decal that has been handled or applied improperly. We include step by step instructions with every order so that each decal can be applied properly. Failure to follow instructions may lead to application mistakes.
If your decal arrives damaged, by the postal service only, please contact our shop with a few photos of the decal/packaging and the damage so that we can discuss a refund or replacement of the decal.
