The Santa Maria top is constructed with a fully gusseted base, professional rib style hangers on top to slow smoke your favorite proteins, geared hand wheel and overhead warming storage. The Wedge Asadera gives you super smooth elevation adjustments so you can grill your food to perfection at whatever height/temp of your choosing.
