4️⃣ Backdrops come in FOLDED for efficient shipping📦 That means one backdrop might come in two pieces. Please tape the seams and/or connect the boards when you are ready to use them.
5️⃣ Professional backdrop stand are recommended when using outdoors.
6️⃣ Package may be shipped from international depends on the manufacture location.
7️⃣ Backdrop stands and balloons are sold separately.

Usual processing time for themed backdrop set is 3-4 weeks, and 4-5 weeks for props/cutouts. However for #2, current processing time is 5-7 business days!
10 Business Days Expedited shipping is available for an additional $150 for backdrop and $200 for props and cutouts.
9️⃣ White borders are meant to protect the graphics. Minor inconsistencies and bent might happen, but as long as the damage stays within the border, the items are considered reasonable to use.

⚠️All our foam boards leave our shop well packaged, but we cannot control what happens in transit and are not responsible for damages that may occur due to poor handling by the carrier. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrived. Damaged items are accepted only within 24 hours with pictures and videos of proof and have to make the claim directly with the carrier.
