- We accept all pets and other topics. Please send pictures for our check firstly before requesting design.
- Current order already includes a design. For extra request, please contact our staff for assist and extra fee, as we check case by case:
+ For the outline design, we charge an additional $5 per pet/ People/Car....
+ For the full stitch design, the additional cost is $10 per pet/People/Car....

- If you would like to change the design, we will apply a $5 design change fee. However, if you need to cancel your order, we will keep 70% of the design fee.
