✨RETURNING ITEMS:
Returns are accepted, only, if we are notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition and manner in which it was shipped. You are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. Once I have received and inspected the item, we will refund the purchase amount, only. Outbound shipping cost is not refunded.

Cancellations are accepted anytime, on all in-stock items, until the shipping label is printed. Cancellations on custom made items are not accepted once I begin making your order. Please contact me if you are requesting a cancellation on a custom item to see if I have started your order.

USPS Ground shipments do not include insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the post office/FedEx or UPS. If you would like your package to include insurance, please contact us so that the additional cost can added to your order. The post office is responsible for any loss or damage. You can go online and fill out a claim to recover your cost.
All orders ship USPS Ground Mail unless you have purchased an upgrade to be shipped USPS Priority.
