You may return the item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within this 14-day period from the delivery date. If the delivery is delayed by the shipper, the delay days will be deducted from the 14-day return window. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the item(s) are received back.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $25 restocking fee. The saber must be returned in its original condition, without any damage from dueling or marks on the blade from the retention screw, to qualify for a refund. All items must be shipped back in one shipment using a single shipping label within 14 days of initiating the return.
All our saber products come with a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. However, any tampering, modifications, or misuse of the hilt or electronics will void the warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by dueling or play.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be the buyer's responsibility.
